The DR is level 2 crime Warning
Just for clarity, off topic posts are being deleted. Anything relating to US politics, etc. As far as the topic, these warnings come out all the time. Not really new.

Dont mind the Times of India, they are like the tabloids of the UK and their nickname is the TOIlet paper (Times of India = TOI). They have written this because (as it says in the article), this topic was in Google Trends.
