As for the restaurants, I'd say that those currently on the beach that are the most popular should be given first crack at any newly constructed kiosk space. I think that is fair to the food providers and the public should have some input as it would be nice to see the most popular food places remain to continue serving beach goers.
The vendors, I couldn't care less. A simple lottery is all that would be needed. Pick two or three names and be done with it.
I don't think we are even close to the point in time for the evictions or any sort of meaningful construction. I do believe though that the day is coming, eventually. For a short period of time there may be space for forward thinkers to relocate from the beach to E. P.C. when the walled city is completed or perhaps W. P.C. to fill in the current holes. Those who just bide their time waiting for the inevitable may find themselves without a spot to relocate to when the ax finally falls.

You can't be understanding what's about to happen. They're not coming in with just a fresh coat of paint on everything. Everything you see right now on Sosua Beach will be gone. It's about to be wiped clean of all traces of it's current state.
Once that Rirz Carlton gets finished building by the beach and all those luxury travelers pack the 500 dollar a night hotel rooms they will be able to stroll those super sexy streets in Los Charamicos and marvel at all those moto choncho guys driving around with one hand on the handle bars and the other carrying a bag full of Styrofoam food boxes. That is now considered high art

But I think the Pedro Clisante purge was part of the big schedule. I think they are ready to begin the beach project, and said "stop farting around with PC clean up, get it done now". Which they did.
And now the fence goes up. If we hear of them giving the beach vendors some more warnings, you can bet the beach purge will be coming real soon.

Dominicans who own that land behind the beach and far enough from the ocean to be legal for construction, can get what they want built on it. All this will either happen or it won't. Changes will take time, but I do see changes to be likely.

The only way to clean up prostitution in Sosua is to stop chica friendly hotels. Post military at every chica friendly hotel to monitor chica action.... fine or shut down hotels that don’t comply.
Chica hunters don’t need the clubs to pick up prostitutes; they all have WhatsApp that’s full of Chica numbers.....chica’s know their coming before plane hits ground at POP.
A D6 is a crawler dozer. It wont do the job. You would need a crawler excavator or a tracked loader probably both.
possibly! However its called the worlds oldest profession for a reason. Almost every city in the world has hookers. Almost every city has tried to implement some kind of formula to move them on. Washington D.C has street hookers several blocks from the White house and the Capital. They have been trying to get rid of them for decades and have failed. Sosua is trying to move the chicas which they have done many many times.
Went to Bailees for breakfast this morning and noticed more than 20 police lined up in front of the now closed El Flow.
Lot of activity and cars/people in the streets, marching to the front of the City Hall in support of the business closures.
Also some people demonstrating against the closures, and heavy PN presence.

No need to stop chica friendly hotels. The people that are trying to clean up Sosua would be very happy if these guys would contact their chicas on WA. Unfortunately, only a small minority do that. That's why, instead, you have this mass market, meat monger, puta parade on PC that authorities are trying to eliminate.
What happens in chica friendly hotel or cabana is not the problem. A one on one interaction between hooker and john (What's App or otherwise) is not part of the problem.
What was on the street in plain view and what is posted on the Internet of explicit sex acts are what caused the problem. That is why the closures were made. People want to do things in the area where the whores and whore mongers were in plain view. Why is this hard to understand?
Lots of people support the businesses being closed? That is good they recognize the importance of the clean up.
