“The Ballad of the Crows,” “Colao 2”, “Malos Padres”, “Teacher Mechy”, and the film “Freddy, la pelicula” are the top-grossing Dominican films in 2023.
According to the Dominican Film Agency (DGCine) records, “The Ballad of the Crows” registered ticket sales for RD$8.1 million in 2023 with an attendance of 30,907 people.
The other top-grossing films were: “Colao 2” (RD$27.1 million), “Malos Padres” (RD$26.3 million), “Teacher Mechy” (RD$21.6 million), and the film “Freddy, la pelicula” (RD$9.4 million).
