I get the feeling these people dont really exist... If I had to "guess" I say some corrupt official (oh no, not in the D.R.) at some point in the creation of "fake citizens" to "aid" them in generating false votes during some election got some "intern" to help them and the "intern/subordinate" decided to have fun with the names.
