If none of the DPRK's missiles can reach the United States how can North Korea be a threat to the USA? If the country is surrounded by USA forces in Japan, South Korea and a fleet of aircraft carriers all ready to strike who is threatening who?
If North Korea is being undermined by international sanctions which is also considered akin to a state of siege in medieval times by a larger more aggressive country, who is really the bully here?
