so i have emailed about a schengen visa and have been told this visa is not necessary if they do not leave the airport.. re the flight i found to belgium via jamaica i have also been advised that no visa is required if he is not leaving the airport. and also if he has a uk visa, return tickets and onward flight tickets to uk from belgium then no extra/ other visas required.
i am still trying to look in to the thomas cook flight (which i also know people have used charter) but if i have no luck there then atleast i have the belgium option.
All obviously depending on if we even get the visa granted that is.. but hopefully getting the answer in 2 weeks as they told him they would ring in 18days with yes or no on June 23rd when he handed all the papers in... just very anxious, excited, worried, and stressed for now though
