A tire pressure gauge should be easy to find but, if you live down here, an account with Domex, BM Cargo, or other courier like EPS is essential. I've given up wasting my time and gas looking for just about anything:

Nan, you can buy a tire pressure gage at many places, try Jumbo or any car parts store.. Becareful most "gomero" here will over inflate the tires pressures, check inside your door for a label that will indicate tire pressure and tire size.
Don't get a digital one. Old school works best see post 7............
I have five professional tires pressure gauges in US all high Quality tools - Milton / Craftsman / Snapon etc....
There is a variety of pressure gauges depending on your needs, example large vehicles with rear dual tires need straight nozzle, some others are 25° angle, some others are air nozzle that checks PSI and blow tires at the same time.
I highly recomend Milton tires tools.
