I answered you but my email came back...you do not accept pm email...anyways yes it is polo rey chicken house,on right side of el conde coming from the Parque Independencia.

Simply. By checking Banco Central's reference rate for buy and sell on its website. Publiched every morning at around 9 am.

Not to hijack this thread any more...

I changed yesterday in Higuey, US$800 @ 33.90, regular was 33.85, Cambio Rey
