Total Confusion abt Residents’ Right to Get Vaccinated

I was told by the nurse at the Multi/Uso outside of Sosua, no alcohol for 3 days and then she jokingly said "or women" with a big laugh
from her and the other women filling out the paperwork.
All of the Dominicans that I know were told or read 3 days without alcohol.
