Sorry I can't help but how do you keep the water temperature cool enough?Does anyone know of a good freshwater tropical fish store in Santo Domingo?
Thanks, good to know. I live in NE USA and during the summer months if I don't run the A/C the temperature can reach 80F and higher.I have no problem with the water temp. I just keep it out of the sun and the water is constantly moving with air bubbles. Thanks for the info about a fish store on Churchill.
Yes, but when kept in an aquarium the preferred water temperature is 72-78F. If the temperature is constantly above this level it is advisable to use a chiller. These are TROPICAL fish people, the live in TROPICAL lakes and ponds and streams...they like warm water!!
