Environmental and Azua community groups reject the operation of the power barge in Azua and have request the suspension of the environmental license issued by the Ministry of Environment.
TSA again postpones request for suspension of barge operations at Puerto Viejo de Azua
The Superior Administrative Court (TSA) postponed once again the hearing of the measure to suspend the operation of power barges using bunker c fuel, in Puerto Viejo, in Azua. The judicial hearing is now set for 17 February 2023.
