Patel responded to a journalist’s question on whether the US was considering participating in the request international force in Haiti.

He explained there is nothing concrete. He stated the US is considering a request for a humanitarian corridor to restore the distribution of fuel within Haiti. US leadership is weak and have yet to make a good decision
when it comes to foreign anything. I expect Haiti to continue
to implode from within and the UN will do little to curb the
violence.
There are no huevos in DC to do anything in Haiti - empty words and especially in an election year....crickets. But can you blame the outside world. Haiti is the graveyard of naïve generosity.

Speaking of huevos - Ask a latina how to say 102 eggs in Spanish. Ask her to repeat it until she gets the joke.

Has bought or will buy ?? This is a government of many promises and announcements of what they will do. The recent budget suggests that there will not be enough money in the year ahead even to maintain the current infrastructure , certainly there is no money available for improved infrastructure. The Department of the President has the Lions share ,along with Education.
