URGENT ( My best received his green card yesterday in USA with the wrong DOB ! Plus her mother died TODAY and she needs to travel ASAP ) Does anyone here know any tricks or tips or strategy or loophole on how to trick the USCIS customer service automated system to get you thru a HUMAN operator ? FOR those of you who are unfamiliar with USCIS customer service toll free line IT forces you to use the automated system on almost ALL situations , however if you do need to speak to someone for a valid reason IT keeps sending you over and over again to attempt to solve your issue without talking to ANYONE (USCIS agent ) ….

There are live agents on stand by THAT I know 100% for sure ; but ther are extremely hard to get to … DOES ANYONE KNOW ANY TIPS or METHOD to get thru to a real live USCIS agent ?

Thanks

It is VERY difficult to get a "operator" on the line. The recording has options, try selecting the option stating "received letter about appointment", something like that it was. I think that there is a chat option/ask Emma option also on the website. I know you normally have to file an I-90 form for replacement. The only other option I can think of is, if they are near a USCIS field office. They could go there and see if they will let them in to speak with someone.
