Has any gringo gotten vaccinated here in CapitalThey are giving out shots here in zona colonial but don’t know if they will give one to a gringo

Not sure about the capital but here on the north coast yes. Supposedly you need

a valid cédula but 80 year old neighbor got his and he has no cédula, just a passport

If you are a legal resident and have an up to date cedula you will have no trouble at any of the vaccination centers. Some, but not all, accept passport
