I was fairly sure that something was wrong with her as her recent contributions had a different tone. She seemed to have an enormous amount of sympathy for those people living on this island who were in difficult circumstances .She wore her heart on her sleeve and I wonder if she was affected by her concerns about others. What age was she.. in her 60s ? I will miss her contributions.

I think she was either 74 or 75

Her posts gave an interesting and knowledgeable perspective, whether one agreed with her or not.

When those who disagreed made fun of her, she handled it with true grace.

She was one of the last greats on this forum. DR1 is less without her. May she rest in peace and her family have pride in her contributions to the world. She gave much more than many ever will.
