Im not stupid I have lived in Germany, Belgium and Canada.....I get it life is different in DR.....

Also Im not slamming anyone who is against my idea, I just want an educated answer with proven facts, not more negative opinions about a culture. Why don't they care about sending kids to school? The world bank numbers say something different.....compared to 2007 the numbers go way up in attendance overall in the country including private schools.
