a new gecko, unique in the DR. Then on to lignum vitae (guayacan) and is it is harder then Brazilian rosewood (yes, of course it is) then onto wood working, then furniture, even goldleafing.

Natasha, didn't I steer you to some friends in High Point? there are a few caftories that still make good stuff there. The competition from China has that whole area in the dumps. I guess they figure: "If you are going to make crap, might as well make it the cheapest possible."
Let me know if youdecide to head that way, down I-95 and over to I 85 and then to 40 West....
