In Punta Cana and Cap Cana areas?

From a recent visit there, it looks like Punta Cana Village, Las Canas at Cap Cana and La Palma are three areas that might be good and in a somewhat decent price range around 200-500K?

Are there other areas in this price range for a home?-not looking for apartments.

Cocotal is well worth a look. A lot of options there, and great security and location just off the hwy.

I rent in Ciudad La Palma and recommend it to anyone. Admin isn't too good at reinforcing some of their rules but in general everyone respects each other and it's a peaceful area.
