what does no illegal haitian migration in the DR would equal to?
If there weren't any illegal haitian migrating to the DR that would that mean?
Laborers......Jobs becomes once again, attractive for the avg dominican laborer to fill these positions....Look nat what happened in Monte Cristi as Dolores posted link states that this little village of a population of only 500 dominicans but over 3000 haitians were able to fill these jobs immediately mainly consisting of agriculture wonce they were vacated by the deportation of these Haitians.
These Haitians had these dominicans living in fears to even come out of their house at surtain time of the day..it was like they were on domicile arrest and haitians would steal their plantings, food, livestocks as well as even their pots and cooking utensils. These people were totally living under haitian dominance and would pay a fatal price if they were caught out in the srteets after 10:00 Pm
Illegal trips..... With the avg dominican going back to work for better wages, illegal trips to the US and many other nations would drop significantly.
No mistreatment......with no illegal haitians there would definately be no haitian complaining of illegal haitians mistreatment in DR.
Hospitals.......There would be more vacant beds in our hospital for legal haitians and poor dominicans.
Begging and street vendors.....There would be not much more street beggings as well as tourist not being harrassed by haitian vendors.
