What happened to Rick Johnston?

I remember him being online shortly and everyone jumping on him.
I fell bad for the company he cheated but it seems the legal people in Canada are OK with releasing him.
I only met him a couple of times and he did not do me any wrong.

I met him when he owned Rocky's. My wife and I rented an apartment from him across from the bar.
He was arrested some years back and expedited to Canada.

I seen a brief post by him and everyone jumped on him. Have not seen any posts since and cannot find his "I'm back" post
