Relax, Visaqueen. People mentioned you because you exhibited the typical trainwreck signs of a sankie relationship, put it out there for public display, then conveniently disappeared when things went bad. So we wanted to know what happened.
People gossip for entertainment value when they're bored, nothing more. This was no different.

No clue what it means over there, but in NY area where Frank & I are from it just means "Hey, surprised to see you!", it's used as a casual greeting when someone arrives that you didn't expect.

The reason I stopped commenting here is because I was BUSY with my married life... and all it entailed... PLUS there was no point being here anymore...
I got my 'sankie' and was happy while it lasted!!!
Now I'm back but for completely different reasons... which I've already said you will find out about soon enough... and this time, so far, it DOES NOT involve a SANKIE...but knowing DR like I do, you encounter those ANYWHERE and at ANYTIME over there... MEN & WOMEN... who have found a way to emulate the behavior of Sankies even though they would NEVER be caught dead working in a resort...
At least I respect the hotel workers... they're doing what they need to survive... minus the lying and cheating, I applaud them... I would never be able to go through with that lifestyle...but that's just me... And YOU KNOW I'm talking about EX-PATS here... trust me... ANY ONE OF US could be SANKIFIED by ANY ONE OF US... without even realizing it...it's just that if you're a FOREIGNER people don't see anything wrong with it...

Thanks, Wud... No more radio station in Miami...since 2011... Univision did a whole lot of 'spring cleaning' and let go of more than 600 employees... after 22 yrs. with them...
Still doing some voice overs and such, and working in a sort of related field but not very pleased with the actual work.. Pay is good, benefits excellent...but very STRESSFUL and NOT FUN AT ALL!
