hey, i did not want to make anyone to feel bad or give an impression i know all about medicine because i do not. but there are more local labs than ethical (great, btw) and alfa. acromax is also very good and so is feltrex. sued is fantastic too.
to tell you the truth i would not be able to recognize fake medicine myslef. labs quite often change the presentation and that makes it even more confusing. i have never seen farmacia del pueblo but it seems like a great idea. the list of medicine is not very impressive but it covers all basics. and frankly speaking i am not into brands myslef and i buy generic pills.
in any case when dealing with pharmacies it is best to know the main component and ask for a generic version.
