The poster says the TV goes off, therefore it still turns on. Usually if caps have gone the set will not turn on. IMHO the symptoms are of a surge diode gone out out of spec or a dry joint has developed. Again in my experience these are both much more likely to happen on the power board. (Having said this I have just finished one and it was the Video Board!!)

Finding the P Board is easy, just follow the power lead to the PCB and that'll be it. Plenty available on eBay for this model for about $50

Question - when the set goes off does it completely turn off or does some section eg sound still function??

Forgot to mention, on the subject of Surge Diodes, these are ALWAYS (IN MY EXPERIENCE) replaced with much cheaper and easily av available standard diodes by Dominican Techs, so BEWARE

I do not know, it just clicking between on and off, but the screen is always dead. No sound, just click inside.

So to clarify, does the set start up OK then click off after few minutes or does it never show a picture at all?

Yes, if LG Dominicana does not help me. The TV is still on warranty.

I tried to find power board or any parts for LG 50PA4500, but no traces anywhere...

they are on line. I found them.some of these are used in more then one set.. the one i found with that TV listed 3 tv models
