Where to Get Vaccine Certificate?

I plan to visit DR to get Vaccine certificate. Where can man get Vaccine? Do you get it at normal doctor office, pharmacy or special government clinic.

It depends where you are in the country. There are vaccination centres (not so many now) but you don't go to a normal doctor or pahrmacy.
