Why would that be problem? Think manufacturers would be happy more sales…Jumbo had them for a while, and I bought all of them every time I went. In the beginning, they were cheaper than buying them in their stores in the US. You would think selling out would encourage them to restock, but noooooooo.
I hope one of them bring them back.
Same with breakstone cottage cheese.
The problem with a lot of these stateside products is the manufacturer doesn't know they're being sold here, and when they find out, the supply dries up.
Because they can't control distribution, and lord knows how many other regulations that don't allow it.Why would that be problem? Think manufacturers would be happy more sales…
PriceSmart has Breakstone Cottage Cheese most of the time.
It's been popping up more. I get the 2% fat Daisy brand at Nacional. They also have a low fat store brand as well. I get it for the protein not the taste if you like the full fat.Indeed they do. Although the last two times I made a trip there specifically to buy some, they were out. I ended up buying a block of Cheddar instead.
There a gazillion ways to make it yourself, but I can't work up the nerve to try.
Cottage cheese went viral a few months ago as a "protein hack" and it's been harder to find ever since. It was a good secret while it lasted. Luckily they don't expire quickly and I can stock up when I do find it.Jumbo had them for a while, and I bought all of them every time I went.
