Still I can't understand, why DR. gov expect to people pay for power services if they dont provide that service.

the same thing people who pay it and don't recieve the service
being honest, people pay or not the will get black out services in Dr. thats what are people paying always an excuse "the oil raised" or one of the power station has problem.

The only company who is doing his work is CEPM (consorcio energetico punta cana macao) every body get light with out break
every body is paying for the services even the most poor person
at that area pay. why because the get services.

The DR Gov. must have a supervisor to check who is paying or not and send that person who doent pay for power to the Dominican jail for a week untill pay.

thats how its work, some time its not just the Gov. blames
