I still can't post pics
Maybe it should be made easier
When I click on pic option, it wants a web address
Click on insert image.
If it asks for http...
Click the up arrow in the top left corner.
That should bring you back to the message...'drop image or click here'.
If you 'click here' it should direct you to your pictures file from whence you can choose a picture and click open.
The image should open here.
Good luck.
Don't ask me about the little blue box though...

Yep, that works, too. Very easy. You can also just double click on the image and it will load.

Personally, I'm amazed at how many incredibly easy and simple ways there are to post fotos from both the web and your own computer. I don't see how it could be made any easier(?).

They both look so happy on a beautiful, sunny day. Nice shot!

This is what I see - https://photos.app.goo.gl/g9HqZ9QoxiZ8syUN9. Copy and paste doesn't work either.

Aha.
There is the difference.
The missing link.
That tiny little "up arrow" in the top left hand corner of the insert image box.
It can't have anything to do with the aforementioned "metal level" membership as both Adrian and Astucia have been around longer than I.

I have already given up on trying to post pictures. I don’t have any insert image or click this or that on my screen. 🤷‍♂️

When posting personal photos please consider if the subjects (persons) in the photo agree to having their picture posted in a public forum. It may seem innocent enough, but respecting people's privacy is important.

Just click on that square above the "insert image" and the "drop image" box we've been talking about will appear:

Like I said...
You're missing that little itsy bitsy tiny "UP ARROW" in the top left hand corner of the insert image box.
To get a better look just click on my attachment.
To find out how to get it though...
Search me.
That's above my paygrade.

See fly's post #76 also. There should be an "up arrow" there. Click on that. You're missing that up arrow for some unknown reason(?). Postimage.org might be your only option.

I mouse over the box and get this prompt.
Screenshot-2023-03-04-2.png

When I click on that I get the prompt for the URL, not "drop image" or an arrow. It's clear I have too much time on my hands LOL!

Thanks Cavok
I think the problem is that I’m using an Ipad and not a laptop. 🤷‍♂️
I wish I could help more, but on my iPhone there is no option for me to sign into DR1 - only subscribe, and that attempt gets rejected.
