Which brings us back to old same stuff... not applying existing laws! Chinchoros (net's), compressor fishing, spearfishing and so on... The ban on parrotfish is a good thing but.... We are at the end of the veda for lobster's and i don't think anybody even noticed that is was/is illegal to catch, sell and buy lobster for three moths (same coming up for lambi now)....
