Wire transfer XE to Banco Santa Cruz

Hi all
Any idea on how long a wire transfer with XE takes? It was sent yesterday afternoon and they're saying 1 working day, but ideally I need to know if it will arrive by tomorrow. The bank clerks don't know. Anyone any experience with this? Xe are saying the money is with BSC for professing..

There's been a lot of reports of these money transfer services taking 3-5 days for the money to arrive. I've wire transferred money to BSC and have it arrive the same day. Next day at the latest.
