Hi Everyone,
Just wanted to obtain your option....Is $942.00 CDN good for a flight from Toronto - SDQ for 6 weeks. Do you think the prices could go down?

Also, I'm staying in San Pedro Macrois and La Romana , does anyone currently live in these cities ? If yes, perhaps we could meet up on my vacation...

Thanks Toronto Girl

Whoa!!!

I saw prices on www.expedia.ca with American Airlines, United Airways and other ones for about $760.00 for Toronto to the Dominican Republic, but those ones all have a connecting flight either in New York, Chicago, or Miami. I have never seen prices that high, but since it's direct, it might be different, but look into expedia and see.

I pegged one last night at 577. + 274 taxes
Delta Airlines to JFK-AA from JFK to SDQ

Of course the Jan. 1st might have something to do with the higher rate.
Prime time costs more!!

Are your prices quoted with or without the taxes/fees? As they are around $250+, it can make a big difference in saying wether or not it's a deal.

expedia.ca quotes prices with taxes included, but not many other sites do.

Try Buffalo

You could try Jet Blue out of Buffalo but they only fly into Santiago. I've flown for under $400 a few times. The other option is Spirit airlines out of Detroit. They fly into SDQ and the pricing is great if you book far enough ahead.

Good luck.
