The Junta Central Electoral has officially recognized the alliances of the PRD and the PRSC in resolutions issued last week.
The JCE has recognized the agreements signed by the Partido Revolucionario Dominicano and nine other political organizations for the next election. These are the alliances of the PRD with the Partido de los Trabajadores Dominicanos (PTD), Concertación Democrática (CD) and Partido Revolucionario Independiente (PRI). Also with the Partido Democrático Institucional (PDI), Partido Popular Cristiano (PPC), Bloque Institucional Social Demócrata (BIS), Unidad Democrática (UD), Partido Quisqueyano Demócrata (PQD) an the Partido Nacional de Veteranos y Civiles (PNVC).
The alliances of the Partido Reformista Social Cristiano are with the Partido Liberal de la República Dominicana (La Estructura) and the Partido Demócrata Popular (PDP).
