The Junta Central Electoral failed to meet its 25 March deadline to hand the “padron electoral” or master voting list to the political parties for examination and acceptance. According to the schedule, the parties would have 10 days to submit claims, point out errors and request corrections. Then on 15 April, the JCE was to send this final list for printing. The JCE produced the list on Wednesday, 27 March. The Junta has met most of its deadlines.
