The president of the Junta Central Electoral, César Estrella Sadhalá, said that the list of voters will be printed on fraud-proof paper which will make falsification impossible. He said that the paper is being especially imported for the election. “The voting list is guaranteed because it will be printed on security paper and it will be very difficult, if not impossible, for it to be replaced by another,” he said.
