British bank offers its help to the government

The vice-president of the British merchant bank, Deutsche Morgan Grenfell, David Suratgar, says that his institution is willing to help the Dominican government with the process of reorganization and capitalization of its own companies, in order to obtain the best international offers. Mr. Suratgar also recommended that the government should look for the best way to promote and make capitalization process transparent, bearing in mind that this manner of handling things will attract a bigger quantity of investors interested in investing their capital. Deustche Morgan Grenfell is willing to serve as the country’s international intermediary in the resultant negotiations.
