The Coctelera column in Hoy newspaper says that the people of Constanza are pushing to become a separate province. The newspaper writes that Constanza would join Ocoa, then would follow Yamasa, Sainagua, Loma del Chivo, Cabo Cabron, La Sanoa and a thousand more surely to come. The country could have then have 100 provinces, and thousands of new deputies and senators. The newspaper points out that news jobs are what we need! It suggests that Congress meet in the Olympic Stadium where all the new deputies could fit nicely. Congress has been criticized for spending many hours on passing legislation that further divides the country into municipalities. Now creating provinces seems to be the thing to do.
