Diario Libre reports that the traveling spree of the members of the Central Electoral Board (JCE) continues. It reports that the president of the electoral board, Luis Arias, and a member judge of the Administrative Chamber, Rafael Diaz Vasquez, had trips scheduled to Madrid for this week. Meanwhile, Judge Rafaelina Peralta of the administrative section, and Judge Salvador Ramos of the disputes section would travel to Massachusetts, USA and Montreal, Canada. The travel was justified with the efforts to prepare for the vote of some 50,000 Dominicans that have registered to vote abroad.
