In the transcript, the director of the jail w here Paulino is kept, argued that Paulino should remain in solitarian confinement given his ties to persons of high influence, including the former President. President Mejia said that he had been waiting to be summoned for about a month. He announced he would speak on the case on next Monday, 18 April during an interview he has accepted with Huchi Lora and Juan Bolivar Diaz on their 7:30 am morning talk show on Telesistema, Channel 11.
