Tropical Storm Don is no threat for DR

Tropical Storm Don degenerated to an open wave in the far southeastern Caribbean Sea on late Tuesday, 18 July 2017 in the evening after spreading bands of heavy rain and gusty winds across the Windward Islands on that day. The storm never represented a threat for the Dominican Republic. All tropical storm watches and warnings have been canceled for Don that became the fourth named storm of the 2017 Atlantic hurricane season on Monday afternoon.
