Attorney General Jean Alain Rodríguez has said that the request by some of those accused in the Odebrecht case to remove Judge Francisco Ortega Polanco, is simply a delaying tactic as often happens in these type of cases. As far as the evidence that the lawyers of the accused say they have to prove their clients’ innocence, he said that his team would do their work to prove their case.
