Expect traffic to return to its chaotic normal levels in the National District as the country’s school children return to school. The Ministry of Education has announced the start of school for Monday, 20 August 2018. The Ministry says that 2,826,773 students are enrolled in schools across the country. The enrollment includes 348,752 in pre-school, 1,242,025 in elementary, 943,219 in high school, and 292,777 in adult education. There are 2,205,543 enrolled in public schools and another 621,230 in private schools.
