Engineer Milton Reyes, rector of the Instituto Técnico Superior Comunitario (ITSC), hosted US Ambassador Robin S. Bernstein on her tour of the model community college located in eastern Santo Domingo. As reported, Bernstein spoke of possible agreements to enhance the university’s English language education programs. She met with students and received a gift book that includes photos taken by the photography students of the learning center.
