The Central Electoral Board (JCE) says that Thursday, 19 September 2019 is the last day for a change in address on voter and identification cards (“cédula”). The person’s address determines the assigned polling station. The JCE makes the change free of charge for those who have not previously changed their address. It requires the presentating of a legal contract, service or invoice with the new address as evidence of the address change.
