President Danilo Medina appointed Victor Manuel Grimaldi Cespedes as the Dominican ambassador to Sweden. The Presidency made the announcement on 4 March 2020 with the publishing of Decree 89-20.
President Medina also named Fausto Marino Mendoza Rodríguez, a former Superior Electoral Court judge, as the Dominican ambassador to Panama in Decree 90-20.
