The Music of the Spheres World Tour is an ongoing worldwide concert tour starting in March 2022 and continuing at least through the end of October 2022. British alternative rock band Coldplay will be on stage Tuesday, 22 March 2022 at the National Stadium Felix Sanchez in Santo Domingo. The tour promotes the band’s ninth studio album “Music of Spheres that marks the band’s return after the shutdown for the Covid-19 pandemic.
The band features environmentally-friendly actions and Coldplay has pledged to plant one tree for every ticket sold.
As announced, the tour features sustainable pyrotechnic and biodegradable confetti visuals and the third generation of Xylobands for audience members to wear.
The tour began in Costa Rica’s Estadio Nacional on 18 March 2022 and continues with the stop at the Felix Sanchez Olympic Stadium in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. The band will then perform in Mexico before touring cities in the United States. Coldplay will then tour Europe (Germany, Poland, France, Belgium, United Kingdom) before returning to Latin America (Brazil, Colombia, Peru, Chile, Argentina).
