Dominicans will be able to watch the live stream of the finals of the 400m women’s event of the World Athletics Championships in Oregon this Friday, 22 July 2022 at 10:15pm.
This is the first time the Dominican Republic qualifies two women for a finals in the 400m. Marileidy Paulino qualified for the finals with a 49.98. Fiordaliza Cofil clocked in at 50.14, a personal best for her.
The two runners have already won gold as part of the 4 x 400m Mixed Relay during the Oregon 2022 championships. The event is only second in importance to the Olympic Games on the athletics calendar.
