Punta Cana International Airport reports that the surveillance cameras video recently enabled the detection of passenger fraud.
Different news programs have recently carried a video of an attempted drug contraband at the airport that is likely to be the case now referred to by the official Punta Cana International Airport notice.
The Punta Cana Airport published the notice stressing that high-tech security systems at the airport follow international aviation best practices. The Airport stated in the notice that the company had released to Dominican authorities the surveillance video showing the recent scam for proceedings. Around 30 million luggage pieces pass through the Punta Cana International Airport every year, says the airport notice.
