Eleonore Caroit is a French politician from Renaissance who will repeat in the French parliament after winning the second constituency representing French residents in the Americas in the National Assembly since 2022. She won the fast-tracked recent election with 6969 votes to Sergio Coronado’s 5562 votes. Daughter of a Dominican mother and French father, Caroit was born in France, but she was raised in the Dominican Republic until traveling to France for her undergraduate university years.
Caroit is also a member since 2023 of the supervisory board of the French Development Agency (AFD).
