“We are thrilled to have young students from universities and academies across the country, such as UASD, O&M, PUCMM, Unicaribe, Unphu, Utesa, UCSD, Unapec, Instituto Superior Mariano Moreno, Instituto Técnico Superior Comunitario, and Kitchen Center School, participating in this culinary event. Our goal is to discover and nurture new talent in the culinary world,” said Olsen.

He further emphasized that this competition serves as a platform for aspiring chefs to demonstrate their abilities and connect with Norway’s rich culinary heritage. “This contest allows future chefs to showcase their potential and engage with the traditional flavors of Norway,” Olsen stated.

During the competition, students will vie for the top three positions by presenting their most innovative and delicious recipes featuring Norwegian cod as the primary ingredient. Participants will have the opportunity to demonstrate their culinary prowess and ability to create unique dishes that highlight the taste and qualities of this traditional seafood.
