Meanwhile, a story in Diario Libre reports that the RD Vial reported a year without contributions from its trustors, according to its financial report covering the first half of 2023 and 2024.

Despite this, the public-private partnership saw an increase in its net assets of 11.9%, rising from RD$7.55 billion between January and June of the previous year to RD$8.45 billion in the same period of 2024.

This information was part of a financial analysis of funds and trusts presented at the 1st International Congress of the Securities Market of the Dominican Republic held recently, as reported in Diario Libre.
