Caribbean Series in Mexico 2026

The Caribbean Professional Baseball Confederation has released the schedule for the Caribbean Series that this year will be played in Guadalajara, Mexico with a second Mexican team instead of team Venezuela. The Caribbean Series that matches teams from Mexico, Puerto Rico, Dominican Republic and Venezuela this year was scheduled to be played in Venezuela. But the political and military tensions forced a relocating of the series. Mexico had hosted the series in 2025 and is scheduled to host in 2027, but stepped in and offered to host the event in 2026.

The 2026 Caribbean Series will now be hosted by the Charros de Jalisco of the Liga ARCO Mexicana del Pacifico. The event will feature the champions of Puerto Rico’s LBPRC, the Dominican Republic’s LIDOM, both finalists from Mexico’s LAMP, and a team representing Panama. The Caribbean Series schedule is from 1 to 7 February 2026.

All games will be played at Estadio Panamerican in Zapopan, Jalisco, Mexico, a suburb of the greater Guadalajara metropolitan area.
